Make the prototype with 3D printing or CNC Machining

Making silicone molds

Place the silicone molds in the oven and preheat to 60-70°C

Choose the right release agent and apply correctly before casting

Prepare the polyurethane resin by preheating it to approx. 40°C before use, mix well and vacuum

The resin is poured into the molds in the vacuum chamber and the molds are then cured again in an oven

Remove the casting part from the silicone mould.

Inspection and repeat the process for more pieces
